That little extra

It does not take much to make me happy, but this day has just been a little extra nice. 

I love autumn, and angry weather, and today it started with lightning and thunder and the rest of the day there were lots of lovely autumn rain.
There is something to feel the power of nature on your body. Feel the wind takes hold of you, and your hair blowing in all directions!

So on a perfect day you have to have a perfect dinner
So then we had one of my favorite dishes - chops, roasted potatoes and garlic baguettes ...

Does not get much better than that?
And now as I sit and write here it starts to thunder and lightning again ... What a day :)

Christmas has arrived

Today I was floating on a pink cloud on my job! 

Usually it`s a big  pain in the neck when it is a stack of boxes waiting for me, but today it was Christmas goods! 
As in all the years I am responsible for these and all day long I've gone humming on Carol of the bells :) 

A few samples, it's no wonder I have been happy today?

Perfect Sunday

For me Sunday is the best day of the week!
This has been the perfect Sunday. Relaxed, exactly how we should do on Sundays.
For dinner, it was a good, juicy roast pork and of course with crispy crackling.
So now it's just to enjoy the few hours that are left of the Sunday and then it's back to everyday life tomorrow.
